The BOA Shop is currently maintained separately from the main BOA website because a number of our customers are not BOA members, just those who are interested in playing Underwater Hockey.

If you are a member, please see the answer under the FAQ item “I am a GBUWH member, do I get a membership discount?” below.

All BOA Members are entitled to a standard 10% discount as a benefit of their paid annual membership.

If you are a BOA Member, you should register your BOA Shop account with the same email address associated with your BOA member login at – this will help to ensure you receive your discount.

If you are a current BOA member, you can still take advantage of your BOA membership discount here at the BOA shop by signing up using the same email address as your BOA website account.

For example – if you log into as, then you should sign up to the BOA Shop with too.

If you do wish to use a different email address for the two websites, please contact us by Email, so we can advise the best way to ensure you receive your BOA Membership discount.

Please use the “Forgotten Password” feature on the login page. You will asked for the email used for your account, once given you will be sent a link to reset your password.

We try to dispatch all goods within 1-2 Days, In the rare event dispatch is going to take longer than 2 days, we will do our best to notify the customer before hand.

For UK deliveries you should receive your goods within 2-3 days of being dispatched. Delivery times will vary international orders, depending on the Country.

We will be attending Various events and tournaments throughout the year where players can come and see the wide variety of products we have for sale.

We will do our best to attend the majority of GBUWH Tournaments; if you are hoping to see us at one of these, please check our Facebook page or the Events section of the main GBUWH website, where we will outline the upcoming tournaments we aim to attend.

If we have not indicated that we are attending a certain tournament, please contact us to find out, as there maybe instances where we have no updated these pages or made a final decision regarding whether or not we will be attending.

We encourage our customers to get a feel of the products before purchasing them where possible (mainly at tournaments). However, we ask that this is done outside of the pool as – due to the nature of our sport – once they are exposed to water a lot of the products will be deemed as not in original, unused condition.

This will be subject to the Shop managers discretion based on the type of product and the location being tested.

Unfortunately, we are not able to send out samples of products to be tested.

Of course! We supply top quality Underwater hockey equipment throughout the world.

We are sorry you are having trouble placing your order. From time to time we do receive orders from customers in countries we have not previously shipped to.
