Shipping, Taxes & Returns

Custom Duty, VAT, GST and Import Taxes

Please note that the customs service in the buyer’s country is likely to impose taxes or VAT on your purchase which the buyer will be liable to pay when the order arrives in their country.

The rules and charges for different countries will differ so please make sure you are aware what these charges may be for you.

These charges are imposed by the importing countries government; therefore, you should find more information on the relevant government website.


Processing Time

Due to being a no-profit organisation and run by volunteers, it can take up to 3 days to dispatch goods. In most cases it will be less, and possible to have your order dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 16:30 GMT


Shipping

Shipping costs are broken into 6 Zones as per section 14 of our terms and conditions.

UK Orders over £150 qualify for Free delivery 

Most UK orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Signed 2nd Class, depending on size and weight of the order.

All other orders for UK and International will be booked in using either Parcel2go or Parcel Monkey Courier Comparison Sites. Therefore, the courier used may vary, for most orders we will use the 2-5 day delivery option.

Where possible we will upgrade to a faster service, and where we have no better option the order may be placed on a slower service. The service chosen will be based on the cost of Shipping at the time of order.

We cannot accept liability for delays due to Courier or Customs processing. Once we have dispatched the goods, we can only provide an estimated delivery day, based on the initial information given to us by the courier.

If there has been a delay, we will attempt to contact you to notify you of the delay.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you need delivery by a specific date, please put this in the comments box, and send us an email to see if we will be able to get the order to you in time.


Refunds

We want to ensure customer satisfaction, therefore we have laid out a clear Warranty & Liability (Clause 8) and Returns policy (Clause 9) which can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
